We stayed in a family-owned accommodation. The owners were welcoming and talkative. Home-made breakfast and local wine were available. The property was surrounded by a small vegetable garden and a courtyard that created a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and taking a day trip to a nearby landmark.

The accommodation lacked modern amenities. The rooms were small, without proper sound insulation and hot water was not available all the time.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has clean and comfy rooms, beautiful shared areas, and helpful staff. We enjoyed traditional and tasty food made by the lady owner at affordable prices. This hotel's location is great, very close to the popular Rabati Castle, public transportation to neighboring countries, and attractions like Vardzia and Borjomi.

The breakfast was decent, with a good spread of cheese, bread, and eggs. the location was convenient, easy to find, and not too far from the main town area. the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed them.

The room was not well cleaned and it smelled musty. the shower didn't work properly, and the water pressure was low.

The location of the guesthouse is not ideal, with a 15-minute walk to the nearest attractions and restaurant choices limited. the rooms lack basic amenities such as air conditioning and can get stuffy. the breakfast is basic and mostly consists of cheese, tomato, and cucumber, but with a few extra items. the guesthouse offers a comfortable and clean bed, with beautiful indoor and outdoor lounge areas to relax in. the owners are friendly and helpful, offering homemade wine and fruit to try. the shared areas, such as the kitchen and inner court, are well-maintained and beautiful.

The rates are a bit more expensive than the average in the area.
